JDM Management and Organization
In the traditional model, only the highest paying clients to receive the best support. This is not the case at JDM. Every client meets with their client manager during the sales process and that person continues working with the client to maximize their return on marketing investment.

As the adjacent chart shows, each of JDM's clients is assigned a daily contact at the senior director level. The directors are also specialist in the particular areas underway for that client. They can answer with expertise most any day-to-day question. Additionally, each and every client has access to JDM senior-most management, regardless of the project or engagement value.
Our Managing Director, Justin Downey, oversees all the directors, and provides strategic recommendations and lends his expertise to each project, again, regardless of its value.
Each of our expert associates are "super-specialists". They pool their talent with that of other associates and their director to deliver a high-quality product that performs.
Of course, an organization chart is meaningless if the process for producing and developing our innovative marketing services isn't in place. |
JDM Production Process
The following production process chart highlights JDM's simple, one-way process for production. It begins with a comprehensive project brief. The name is a misnomer. As our Creative Director says, "There's nothing brief about a Brief."
The Brief is then sent to production where it is planned, developed, designed, printed, folded, shipped, coded, tagged, and reviewed for an excellent, high-quality deliverable the firm and the client can be proud of.
Thirdly, the deliverable passes through a comprehensive internal and external quality control process. We call it "QC." After all necessary individuals have reviewed it and the client has signed off on it, the project is approved, complete and ready for action.
It has proved to be a simple, straight-forward and effective process for insuring a quality product that comes in on-budget and exceeds its goals.

We love to think, to create, and to innovate. We love clean code, impactful design, and strive for perfection to the pixel. We love discussing Pantone colors, raving about CSS and glossy paper. We blame interns and discover new strategies. We collect junk mail, business cards, and industry jargon. We like Hooter's wings, BJ's beer, and Petroleum Club steaks.
