External Data Capture or XDC is the process by which sales lead information can be captured online and automatically populated into a database for analysis and follow up. Often an online XDC form populates into a sales force automation (SFA) tool like Salesforce.com or a CRM tool like Microsoft CRM, but you don't have to purchase one of these robust tools to utilize the power of capturing sales leads and automatically following up on them.

JDM offers a service by which we will create an online database (usually in SQL) into which leads will populate and be analyzed.

We can custom design the XDC form to automatically categorize, route, and follow up on sales leads. This is not as robust a system as an SFA or CRM tool is, however. JDM has extensive experience rolling out integration services as well, but if you're looking for a stop-gap, our XDC form can prove immensely valuable for the investment.
