Advertising Activities Performance

There are a lot of different forms of advertising options available these days—too many to list. JDM is running a combination of online PPC ads and newspaper ads.

 

JDM's research pointed us in the direction of local newspaper ads in the business section as well as online PPC ads through Google's Adwords. The ability to track the PPC ads proved valuable, but the Branding and credibility lent from print ads was well worth the marketing investment.

Direct Marketing Performance

Direct Marketing is the workhorse of the marketing mix. It lacks the glamour or prestige of some other activities, but it's direct marketing's targeted, trackable and creative aspects that makes this workhorse the star of the show.

Integrated Email and Direct Mail Post Cards

JDM developed a targeted, pre-qualifed list of mailing addresses and sent a combination of HTML/plain-text emails and post card direct mailers in a cascading flight plan. That is, A-List sent, then A & B lists sent, then A, B & C lists sent and so on. The post card campaign directed respondents to a tracking page with forwards to this page. The results of our combined Direct and Email marketing efforts are represented below.

Mobile & Online Marketing Performance

Mobile and traditional websites are still the biggest bang for your marketing dollar. And, as the least expensive of all the other marketing activities executed during this campaign, they showed the highest ROIm.
