Please read these Terms of Service carefully. These Terms of Service govern the engagement of JDM, its resources and partners. JDM provides its marketing services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing any page on this site, you agree to be bound by these 10 terms of service.

Terms of Service
JDM has a comprehensive and integrated marketing service offering. For more information regarding the services we offer, please visit our marketing services page.
- JDM cannot be held responsible for errors once creative and/production approval has been received in writing. It is the responsibility of the project managers in charge of approval to catch any and all errors prior to production.
- JDM works on a mutual easy-out engagement policy. There are no lengthy formal agreements filled with lots of legalese. Parties are asked to respect each other's time and the original scope of the engagement. If there begins to exist a disconnect between the parties either party may exit the agreement without penalty. If JDM is the terminator of the agreement, a full refund (minus hard costs) plus any and all soft-work will be submitted to the client.
- Although refunds will not be offered for client errors post-approval, JDM may permit the customer to correct their error reprint the original order at little or no additional cost. In such event, clients will be responsible for all shipping and rush costs.
- JDM reserves the right to refuse marketing service to any business without explanation. This decision is solely that of JDM's Managing Director. No explanation need be given.
- You acknowledge that JDM is a business, and as such, cannot spend valuable resources developing campaigns which have no hope of approval or payment. In the event a project is canceled, JDM expects at least its hard costs reimbursed.
- You acknowledge that although JDM's payment terms are flexible, once set they are expected to be met. Late payment or insufficient funds can result in additional fees.
- In the event that an employee of JDM is terminated or quits, you acknowledge that the employee is under contract not to contact you for a period of less than 30 days. As a result their employee agreement, you may not contact them regarding ongoing or future business for a period less than 30 days.
- In the event of a catastrophic IT failure, JDM is not responsible for any lost data. It is the responsibility of the client to keep copies of their own work. Soft work can be requested from JDM at any time without additional cost by simply contacting us.
- JDM does not offer corporate credit, nor do we accept credit cards at this time. Payment must be made by check, or money order. Cash may be accepted for purchases less than $200.
- JDM is responsible for the confidentiality of its clients, their records and future business plans.
